What a gorgeous car. I still miss my non-Si 85 I had 19 years ago

That’s so clean, I envy you. Also what plates are those? Are they historic/vintage plates? They really go well with the car, looks like those body colored plates the manufacturers use for promotional/stock photos.

Thanks. Those are indeed vintage plates, one of two styles Virginia offers.

Thanks! This one is a 1991, the last year with pop-ups.

There's a ten gallon hat of understated style on that Prelude.

such a good looking car! just simple 90s design, and a giggle to drive.
I’m usually very anti-street racing, but pulled up next to one fo these with 5 (FIVE!!!) people in it all clearly having a good time. They revved at me, so we did some race to the speed limit type drag races for 3 red lights in a row. Fun was clearly had by all.

Man... right in the feels... my first car was a 1990 Prelude.
I’m searching for a pic now. I know I’ve posted it in a comment recently..

Hope you find it, would like to see it. My first was a different 1991, same color exterior but had a black interior and an automatic while this one has a tan interior and a 5-speed.

90 Si. It was an auto ALB car that I bought as my first car in 97. Upgraded to a 99 EM1 3 years later. The civic was nice, but never looked as good as the Prelude. I wish I would have never sold it.

Looks pretty clean. Aside from the red center caps, I actually kinda like those wheels. White is a great color for these cars. There’s a white one running around the Chester/Chesterfield, VA area, not far from where I work, seemingly driven by its original owner, and I saw a red 88-89 2.0 Si today.
Mine is also an ALB, but somewhere along the line the cluster was taken out and replaced with one from a non-ABS car for some reason. The Carfax I got says the miles (150k on the odometer) are original. Not like the ABS works anymore anyway, but if I decide to do the unthinkable and sell it, it might be a minor issue.
